Make that first step, and the person of your interest may make the next two.
Being single and without a mate is something that God had in original design. Adam, however was often lonesome and needed someone like him but not similar to him. God created from Adam, his mate-Eve.
Make that first step, and the person of your interest may make the next two.
Ruth was a single lady. Desperate? No. She took pride in what her life consisted of and allowed God to bring the right figure of the opposite sex, into her life. Many of us today are scared that God won't bring what we need to our table when he in fact set the table Himself. God knows who our perfect match is. Ruth saw Boaz in the field. She made the first step in putting herself in position to be noticed by Boaz. Not following behind him or nagging him. Many single people today are scared to make that first move because they don't want to seem "thirsty" or "easy". Don't put yourself in a position like that. Be sincere yet quiet about your presence.
Make that first step, and the person of your interest may make the next two.
You must also be willing to deal with rejection. The very essence of life you can not control. If you weren't able to make any ground with the person you intended, don't be discouraged. The next person very well may be that match. Or maybe your timing may have been off. Let God make the moves of who He created to be your mate, while you make sure to pay attention to the signs and signals that He gives. Make that first step, and the person of your interest may make the next two.
