Leadership looks just like you and I.

Many limit the leadership that has already been placed by God, in is. Age requirements and other barriers hinder out true potential sometimes. You are never too old or young to take initiative and improve the people around you.

Leadership is in all of us depending on the situation, but many shy away from building on the traits of a leader. Often our youth feel as if everything will always be in the responsibility of those well above their age.

For the most part it will, but there are no guarantees. Eventually the older generation will pass and the new must pick up where they left off.

Leaders lead by example and sacrifice just as Jesus did. Leaders create a legacy that invokes others to pass it on. Leaders don't happen over night; it often takes years to be placed in a position to lead.

Leadership looks just like you and I. Lead by example and sacrifice. Take initiative. Pick up where someone left off, today.
